Saw the first draught of the housing proposal tonight,
eight affordable homes, complete with turfed greens and footpaths and an access road. In recent weeks I have taken a somewhat cynical mantle on, and maybe this cynasism is responsible for my line of thought that this proposal couldn't have come at a better time of the year, when the area looks like nothing but a brown field! So a timely reminder of whats on the line throughout the year maybe in order.
Housing proposed infront church (in this pic) and oaks (on the right), and behind the closest hedgerow.

Set-aside maintainence, encouraging new growth of grassland plants (This is the site of the housing)

The village pond, the housing sited behind here.
